Return and refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images or videos to care@shuraay.com.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
